Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will be filled with impactful responsibilities aimed at promoting the mental well-being of our clients. You will:

• Conduct client assessments to understand individual needs and tailor treatment goals accordingly.
• Facilitate prevention-oriented therapy sessions that equip clients with coping strategies and skills.
• Design, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Engage with other treatment providers and referral agencies to optimize client care and ensure a holistic approach to assistance.
• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Maintain an active caseload while keeping detailed and accurate session notes for effective follow-up.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings to continually enhance your skills and contribute to team discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field with current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong understanding of community mental health resources to better serve clients and connect them with appropriate support systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• A demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.
• Leadership qualities that foster collaboration and drive positive outcomes among team members.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your fit for this position:

• Previous clinical experience within a telehealth or remote therapy context.
• Experience working with underserved populations or within community mental health settings.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
