Job description

Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI) is looking for a Marketing Program Manager. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and projects across a portfolio of brands, assigned market segments, and products. You will ensure strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and materials effectively elevate brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and support business objectives while maintaining consistency and alignment across multiple brands.

This role has preference for flexible hybrid location (onsite Meridian Idaho and work-from-home); there may be opportunity fully remote work within a mutually acceptable location. #LI-Remote; #LI-Hybrid

To be considered this position, you have the following:

Experience:Six years of project or campaign marketing, strategic planning, and/or program management experience. Experience with Medicare Advantage is strongly preferred.

Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience (Two years' work experience is equivalent to one year of college)

Here's what your day may look like:
  • Conducts research on assigned market segment(s), product(s), and/or material(s) to enhance and inform content, identifying relevant topics, fact-checking, and analyzing sources to generate information.
  • Ensures marketing materials are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare market penetration strategies and marketing communications including go-to-market campaigns for Medicare
  • Prepares budget and monitors expenditures associated with the brand and/or assigned market segment(s), product(s), and/or project(s).
  • Provides campaign or marketing project performance reporting for tracking and analyzing performance.
  • Manages agency partners outside production vendors supporting the company in the creation and multi-channel program execution including media placement, direct mail production, and/or final member communication and creative materials.
  • Oversees and manages the creation and execution of marketing communications for the brand and/or assigned market segment(s) and product(s).
  • Collaborates and coordinates with design, creative, and production teams to create effective, compliant market materials.
  • Works with key stakeholders across assigned lines of business.
  • May lead, develop, and manage the effort to deploy top performing acquisition and retention programs that deliver on marketing objectives.
  • May prepare market penetration strategies and marketing communications including brand and go-to-market campaigns for assigned market segments/products.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $96,183 - $144,275. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).

The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
