Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from your own home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. You will be provided with the necessary tools to perform your duties effectively, including access to our electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient records accurately. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying patients’ unique needs and formulating personalized treatment plans that are aligned with their goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address common mental health challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
