As a fully remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from your own home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. You will be provided with the necessary tools to perform your duties effectively, including access to our electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient records accurately. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying patients’ unique needs and formulating personalized treatment plans that are aligned with their goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address common mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, as well as community resources that can support their recovery journey.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse patient population that encompasses a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse problems. Your role is crucial in providing empathetic support, guiding patients through their challenges, and helping them achieve their mental wellness goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to varied populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries at all times.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
• A strong collaborative spirit with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
• Having a background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health services will be an advantage.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes:
