Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to provide services from the comfort of your own home. While primarily remote, participation in team meetings and collaborative treatment planning may occasionally require presence at our outpatient office in Ellicott City. Our work hours are scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, followed by the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals and groups.
  • Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among clients dealing with similar mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization for clients in distress.
  • Educate patients thoroughly about their mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and resources for improved well-being.

Compensation and Benefits
