Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position is Monday through Friday, during regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing full-time professionals flexibility within their schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the frequency, severity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their specific goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions for mood disorders, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding treatment options and self-care practices to empower them in their mental health journey.
  • Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
