Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting process improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of functional business analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a government, legal, or justice domain.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of functional analysis, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating BRD, FRS, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and Gap Analysis reports.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Methodologies: Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), JIRA, Confluence, and SQL (preferred).
