• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, including understanding their history and current challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities tailored to specific client needs.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices applicable to various mental health issues.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress through regular reviews and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and peer consultations to reflect on practice and share insights, enhancing overall service delivery.
• Offer teletherapy options, expanding access for clients who may have mobility or geographical challenges.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills, stay informed on emerging trends, and comply with licensing requirements.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting and supportive therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, essential for addressing clients' unique experiences and mental health challenges.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload efficiently and meet documentation requirements.

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling setting is preferred, particularly in delivering individual therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies will be advantageous in this role.
• Experience with teletherapy tools and platforms to deliver remote sessions effectively.

• Competitive annual compensation between $60,000 and $80,000, based on experience and caseload.
