Job description

The Billing Clerk will handle invoice processing and related administrative tasks. Utilizing Quickbooks, this role supports the billing department by ensuring accurate data entry and timely report generation. Collaboration with Management is essential to maintain smooth billing operations. Position reports directly to Director of Project Finance and Administration.

Responsibilities

  • New Job set-up in Quickbooks and Excel
  • Data Entry of Daily Work Sheets into Excel Spreadsheets
  • Generate Billing Reports
  • Process invoices efficiently using Quickbooks
  • Generate reports to support billing and accounts receivable functions
  • Apply construction industry knowledge to billing processes
  • Collaborate regularly with the Billing Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable
  • Construction experience a plus
