Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Remote CSR
Position: Sr. CSR, Client Support
Pay Rate: $17.46 per hour
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish
Location: Remote, Work from Home, candidates must reside in Virginia
Schedule: Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours
Equipment: Client-provided equipment
Position Overview
Our client has partnered with federal, state, and local governments for over 45 years to help communities access critical health and human services. We are seeking Senior Customer Service Representatives to support Virginia Medicaid and CHIP members by providing accurate information about managed care plans, eligibility, enrollment, and program services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries by phone and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, benefits, services, and program requirements.
  • Assist with enrollment, disenrollment, and other program transactions.
  • Research and resolve complex or escalated customer issues.
  • Review beneficiary and case information across multiple systems.
  • Maintain current knowledge of program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and case activity.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and performance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and program information.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, customer service, research, and problem-solving skills.

Training and Schedule
Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET
Training Duration: 4 weeks, followed by approximately 2 to 3 weeks of nesting
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET
Expected Shift: Approximately 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM ET, subject to change
100% attendance is required during training and nesting. No scheduled time off can be accommodated during the training period. Employees must remain on camera throughout training and nesting.
Work-From-Home Requirements
  • Reliable high-speed wired home internet is required.
  • Preferred minimum speed is 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
  • Cellular or mobile-based internet service is not permitted.
  • Proof of internet speed may be required.
  • Client equipment will be shipped via FedEx and requires a signature upon delivery.
