Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $17 /hr.
Location: Houston, TX 77026
Experience: At least 1 year CSR, 1-2 years Construction/ Warehouse experience preferred.

Our client is looking for a bilingual customer service representative to assist with client account operations. If you have construction/ building material and customer service experience, this may be the perfect fit for you.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input customer orders received into computer system, Macola
  • Answer customer inquiries about products and orders
  • Work with assigned house accounts to ensure that the highest levels of customer service is achieved
  • Work and communicate with production supervisor to ensure that last minute or "hot" orders are fulfilled
  • Understand and be able to price per company guidelines and quoting
  • Assist outside sales representatives with accounts and customer inquiries
  • Resolve shipping inquiries and maintain close liaison with other department to maintain completion
  • Interact with various departments to process quotes ,returns, credits, and payments

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Must have a working knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and weight
  • Prior knowledge in packaging, production, and construction preferred
  • Must have experience with various computer software including Excel and heavy email
  • Must be strong customer service driven and have verifiable customer relations skills

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Special Requirements:

  • 1-2 YEARS Customer Service Driven
  • Importance of priority and accuracy
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities as dictated by business needs or management
  • Mathematical experience
  • Construction and warehousing knowledge a must
