Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team here at Fit2Run! The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish , has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in person.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer requests, orders, and account updates accurately.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Schedule
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: Off
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
