This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still receiving support from an engaging team of mental health professionals. • Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to foster an environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Utilize your diagnostic skills to assess and treat mental health disorders, implementing various therapeutic methodologies that suit the patients' needs.
• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, ensuring that each plan is adjusted according to progress updates during regular sessions.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly counseling sessions with individuals and couples, providing therapeutic interventions that promote mental wellness and stability.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, referring clients to specialized professionals (such as psychiatrists or substance abuse specialists) when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as required to meet individual goals and outcomes.

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, marital issues, and familial conflicts. Your experience and sensitivity towards varied backgrounds and challenges will be instrumental in ensuring that all patients receive compassionate care tailored to their unique situations.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment.
• Proficient knowledge and experience utilizing evidence-based practices for addressing co-occurring disorders.
