At the Brooks-Aderholt Agency, we help working families protect what matters most: their income, their home, their kids' future, and their peace of mind. We're growing our in-person AND remote sales team with our Alpharetta, GA office — and we're looking for driven people who want to build a real career in their community.

This is not a desk job and it's not a call center. You'll meet with real families, virtually, have real conversations, and make a real impact. You don't need a background in insurance — you need drive, consistency, and the ability to connect with people. We'll teach you everything else.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with families in the south east region area who have already requested information/already pay premiums with us, about life and supplemental insurance coverage — no cold calling. We give you all the lead resources you need.
  • Walk them through protection plans that cover their income, mortgage, children's education, and final expenses
  • Help clients select the right coverage based on their needs and budget
  • Follow up with existing clients to review and update their policies
  • Complete new business applications and guide clients through enrollment
  • Attend weekly in-office team training and professional development sessions
