Working Pattern: Full time

Working location: Indianapolis, IN/Hybrid - 3 Office Days/Week

Position Summary

As the Project Lead for Advance Development, you will be working directly for the Program Executive. You will support the Program Executive and the cross-functional team in the program management activity.

What you will be doing

  • Support the development and management of integrated master schedule relevant to the accountability of the Program along with supporting IPT members in planning and prioritization of work including but not limited to EVMS, IMS and business functions.
  • Support Program Leads in the management of program change, such as adding, removing, or modifying work scope in accordance with the Program Management Plan to include supply chain, risk, business and technical functions.
  • Support of proposal/contract mod activity for future work

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, OR
  • Master's degree, OR
  • JD/PhD
  • In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with project management, including ForProject and Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of basic scheduling, earned value tools, supply chain management and technical awareness
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI and other data analytic tools
  • Self-driven and motivated
