All Health Counselling Ltd is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to enhancing mental health care in the Harrisonburg, Virginia area. Work Environment

This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing counselors to provide care from the comfort of their own homes while staying connected to our dedicated team members. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish accurate diagnoses and craft tailored treatment plans that align with client goals.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, including treatment plan reviews and case notes that conform to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through empathetic communication and active engagement during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to integrate services, ensuring that clients receive holistic care across different levels of support.
  • Implement creative therapeutic interventions that motivate clients to exceed their personal and therapeutic objectives, leveraging evidence-based practices.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate client care in collaboration with family members, case managers, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and continuous training sessions, sharing insights and learning from peers to cultivate a culture of professional growth.
  • Engage in additional tasks that contribute positively to the role and the organizational mission, fostering team spirit and camaraderie.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active clinical licensure (LCPC) in the state of Virginia is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while creating a supportive counseling environment.
  • Required proficiency in completing and submitting client documentation promptly in accordance with established protocols.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a community health context.
  • Previous experience with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside an attractive benefits package that includes:
