As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at the Neuroscience Psychiatric Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring that personalized treatment plans are developed and implemented.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to the individual needs of clients, addressing varied mental health disorders.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, which supports client confidentiality and care continuity.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to align treatment approaches and share insights on patient progress.
• Participating in continuous learning through regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities that enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues and the therapeutic process, while providing resources to empower their journey toward recovery.
• Staying aligned with current research developments in the mental health field to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic practices.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a strong focus on providing individualized psychotherapy treatments.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapies and a strong background in evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, backed by the ability to relate with individuals from varying backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, facilitating informed decision-making in therapy.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team structure.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

The Neuroscience Psychiatric Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
