As a Remote Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting virtual intake assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and individual client goals.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Offering crisis intervention and referrals as needed, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques.

You will primarily serve a diverse array of clients from different backgrounds, ages, and experiences, all seeking mental health support. Our services focus on individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other psychological conditions. By utilizing a client-centered approach, you will empower clients to understand their mental health challenges and facilitate their journey toward recovery.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) in good standing.
• Demonstrable skills in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, showcasing their expertise in both individual and group therapy settings. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention skills will be highly beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
