You will connect with clients via secure telehealth platforms in a dedicated virtual workspace that fosters collaboration and communication with fellow clinicians. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced lifestyle for our team while serving those in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one and couples therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that take into account clients' needs, strengths, and personal goals.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, implementing adjustments to treatment strategies and documenting all interactions in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain compliance with all state and federal licensing requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population is varied, welcoming clients from different backgrounds, ages, and life circumstances. You will play a crucial part in guiding them through their unique challenges, providing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote growth and healing.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
  • Current, active LCSW licensure in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
  • Proficient understanding of treatment planning, documentation, and telehealth methodologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with telehealth platforms and virtual client engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time efficiently and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or strengths-based approaches.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan with company matching; and life insurance. These benefits ensure you have the necessary support to thrive in both your professional and personal life.
