Work Environment

As a fully remote practice, we prioritize a structured yet adaptable work environment that empowers you to focus exclusively on client care, minimizing administrative burdens. You will connect with clients via secure telehealth platforms in a dedicated virtual workspace that fosters collaboration and communication with fellow clinicians. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced lifestyle for our team while serving those in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and couples therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that take into account clients' needs, strengths, and personal goals.
• Monitor client progress meticulously, implementing adjustments to treatment strategies and documenting all interactions in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain compliance with all state and federal licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population is varied, welcoming clients from different backgrounds, ages, and life circumstances. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Current, active LCSW licensure in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Proficient understanding of treatment planning, documentation, and telehealth methodologies.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and virtual client engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time efficiently and maintaining high-quality service standards.
