This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules while providing therapy from the comfort of their chosen location. Our practice is open Monday through Saturday, enabling staff to create personalized work schedules that align with their availability. • Perform detailed psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to ascertain their needs and define treatment objectives.
• Conduct initial comprehensive evaluations, triaging care and developing tailored plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Engage with other healthcare professionals to communicate assessment outcomes, treatment plans, and progress during meetings, including patient rounds.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to implement interventions that support clients in achieving their service goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of interactions, assessments, and treatment progress to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide thorough case management services, coordinating with community resources and professionals to enhance care for assigned patients.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of psychological, social, educational, and safety needs across diverse age groups, offering competency-based care.

The Mental Health Counselor role focuses on outpatient treatment for a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Our clientele often includes individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Counselors will have the opportunity to use their expertise to deliver personalized therapy that meets the unique needs of each patient, crafting individualized service plans that directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes.

• Candidates must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.
• Willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on client demand and clinical availability, provides flexibility for both you and your clients.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or counseling capacity, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities is highly preferred, particularly in cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care approaches. Familiarity with outpatient clinic environments and the capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are valuable assets for prospective candidates.
