• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to tailor treatment plans that meet clients’ individualized needs.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, focusing on creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to personal growth and healing.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver integrated care that enhances client support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to keep accurate and thorough records.
• Manage an active caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with clients to promote engagement and accountability.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and an ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs.
• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in providing therapy through telehealth platforms.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding the cultural nuances of effective mental health care.
• Familiarity with EHR systems for managing client information and maintaining organized records.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
