• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ERP in individual, group, and family settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and outcome assessments in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in weekly clinical supervision meetings to discuss cases, reflect on practice, and strategize on patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure integrated care and support for patients, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and behavioral issues. Additionally, therapists may have opportunities to work with adult clients, providing a broad spectrum of therapeutic support across different age groups. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding families through their challenges while promoting healthy coping strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required (such as Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy).
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in a fast-paced outpatient or telehealth environment.
• A firm understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and licensure requirements.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, substance misuse, trauma-informed care, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience working in outpatient clinical settings with a diverse client population.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual documentation systems is a plus.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
