Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive preliminary interviews to gather client history, ensuring thorough documentation from initial consultations through to treatment completion.
  • Evaluate clients’ mental, behavioral, and emotional health through structured assessments to tailor effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention and recovery plans, catering to diverse needs across individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and growth.
  • Monitor and document progress on treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed to align with evolving client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
