Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches as needed.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, drawing on expertise from various fields.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Alleviate Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families who often encounter barriers to accessing care. Your clients may present with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to enhance overall client care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
