Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alleviate Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough and comprehensive assessments for students, identifying their mental health needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Providing therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with state laws and organizational policies.
• Collaborating proactively with a dynamic treatment team, including educators, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
