Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches as needed.
  • Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, drawing on expertise from various fields.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Alleviate Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families who often encounter barriers to accessing care. Qualifications
