About Behavioral Health Works:
Behavioral Health Works is a fast-growing organization committed to sustainable, responsible growth. We deliver personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with families to create treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, guided by the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Your Role: BCBA
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the BCBA develops, monitors, and oversees ABA treatment plans. You'll provide direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and case supervisors while ensuring quality, data-driven care for every client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week (approximately 5 per day)
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs)
  • Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned
  • Collaborate with and train parents to support treatment goals
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in CentralReach
  • Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) meetings to promote retention and growth
  • Provide guidance and oversight to staff to ensure program integrity
  • Review and approve progress reports, ensuring timely submission

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision, parent training, and documentation in both languages
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor implementing ABA treatment plans
