• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately understand patients' unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions targeting a range of mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and supporting clients' overall well-being.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Proven ability to conduct independent practice with a focus on delivering high-quality mental health services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to client-centered care.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and methodologies, particularly those that are evidence-based.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing treatment plans leading to positive client outcomes.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 74,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, unmatched flexibility in scheduling (you can work anywhere between 5 to 40 hours per week), and the benefit of a minimal administrative workload, allowing you to focus on your clients.
