Renewed Beginnings Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist, specifically a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This full-time position will primarily involve providing remote behavioral health services focused on children and adolescents, making a substantial impact on their mental health and well-being.

Our multidisciplinary team of professionals specializes in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders.

This role offers a remote working setting, allowing you to provide therapy and support to our patients from the comfort of your own home while utilizing innovative telehealth technologies. While Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM is standard, occasional evening shifts may be required based on patient demand, providing flexibility in your schedule to meet diverse needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to evaluate their psychological well-being and identify specific needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that consider each patient’s developmental stage, family dynamics, and cultural background.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively treat various mental health conditions, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual.
• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and a range of other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services for children and adolescents facing acute mental health emergencies to stabilize and support them effectively.
• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with both legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance your expertise and effectiveness in therapy.
• Stay updated with the latest research, treatment methods, and best practices in child and adolescent mental health to continually improve patient care.

This position is particularly focused on children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. Your expertise will help address critical issues such as behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other related concerns, guiding young clients towards a path of recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based therapies and therapeutic approaches.
• Proven experience in providing individual and family therapy specifically to young patients, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a compassionate and child-centric approach to therapy.
• Ability to develop rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing holistic care for our patients.

• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and family therapy methodologies.

The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
