• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients to identify their challenges and strengths, using evidence-based methodologies to form tailored treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), providing clients with effective tools to manage their mental health symptoms.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguarding clients' privacy.
• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and fellow therapists during weekly case consultations to adjust treatment approaches based on patient progress and emerging best practices.
• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions surrounding mental health, treatment options, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and ability to navigate challenges.
• Continuously update your knowledge of the mental health field through training opportunities, workshops, and peer-reviewed journals, striving to integrate the latest research into your practice.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, showcasing your academic strength and commitment to the field.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-oriented therapeutic interventions, customizing treatment plans that effectively address individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to foster strong therapeutic alliances with patients and engage in meaningful dialogue about their struggles.

• Prior experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in an outpatient or community health setting, is favorable.
