• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial consultations to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing both individual and group modalities to discuss progress and provide coping strategies.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, when appropriate, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in the EHR system to support continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Your clients will range across various demographics and age groups, presenting with conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance use challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing culturally-responsive care and be adept in addressing the complexities of diverse backgrounds, ensuring that each client receives compassionate and tailored support.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience delivers a strong foundation for this role.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven experience in conducting individual and group therapy, employing inclusive therapeutic approaches that respect cultural differences.
• Excellent crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed during high-pressure situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and computer applications for efficient case management and documentation.
• A commitment to upholding professional boundaries, ethical standards, and client confidentiality.

• Experience working in telehealth settings or providing remote counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic care plans for clients.
• Familiarity with mental health trends and developments in the Phoenix community, enhancing your ability to relate to client experiences.

The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
