• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs and goals.
• Provide a range of individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, incorporating relevant modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic goals as necessary to support ongoing personal development and emotional well-being.
• Engage with the client continuously to evaluate treatment efficacy and address any barriers to achieving desired outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical and clinical documentation standards to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Attend regular team meetings to exchange insights and strategies with fellow therapists, promoting a culture of collaboration.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD, allowing you to practice as a licensed therapist in Arizona.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective therapist-client relationships.
• A patient-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload effectively.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and experience applying them in practice.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
