• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments that identify clients’ mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing effective techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to both ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and community resources available to them, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and engaging in best practice learning opportunities.

You will be working with a varied patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic modalities to suit individuals of different ages and backgrounds will be crucial in facilitating effective treatment and achieving positive client outcomes.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related disciplines is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on building therapeutic relationships.

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits including:
