• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address diverse client needs.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulatory standards.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrative care for clients.
• Regularly participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to promote an elevated quality of care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and available treatment options.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to continually enhance your practice.

You will be serving a diverse client base within the Spokane community, focusing on individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Our patient population includes adolescents, adults, and families, and your expertise will play a pivotal role in empowering them towards recovery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, allowing for personalized mental health care tailored to individual needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and team members alike.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking in clinical settings.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications.
