• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including detailed interviews and standardized evaluations, to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with St. Jude Behavioral Health Center, you will primarily work with a diverse adult population, and you may also encounter child and adolescent clients. Our focus is on delivering individualized care that addresses various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. • A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a relevant therapeutic setting.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family systems therapy will be given preference.
