Position Overview

This is a primarily remote BCBA position where clinicians provide telehealth supervision, caregiver coaching, and clinical oversight to Behavior Technicians and clients receiving in-home services.

BCBAs will collaborate with Behavior Technicians and families while using remote supervision tools and data collection systems to monitor client progress and ensure high-quality care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide remote clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians

  • Conduct telehealth caregiver coaching sessions

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of Behavior Technicians

  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments

  • Design individualized, assent-based treatment plans and behavioral interventions

  • Review data and monitor client progress to ensure treatment effectiveness

  • Conduct Behavior Technician fidelity assessments

  • Write timely clinical documentation and session notes

  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency of care

  • Utilize Rethink Behavioral Health for data collection and documentation

Compensation

Salary Range:
$70,000 – $85,000 per year

Hourly Range:
