We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

As a Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA), you will play a key role in developing, overseeing, and optimizing individualized treatment programs designed to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes. This is a fully remote position, but the candidate must reside in the state of Ohio and hold an active Ohio COBA license.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavioral plans: Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations: Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure client progress.
Supervise and support RBTs: Provide clinical guidance, feedback, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians implementing treatment programs.
Monitor client progress: Review data and make clinically appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Provide parent/caregiver support: Collaborate with families and provide guidance and training to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate records and reports: Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory, insurance, and organizational requirements.
Collaborate with the clinical team: Participate in team discussions and work collaboratively to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Current COBA license in the state of Ohio.
Must reside in Ohio.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for helping individuals with ASD achieve their fullest potential.
