This role will have occasional on site expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, launch, QA, test, and continuously optimize SEM campaigns (Search, PMAX, Shopping, Video, and Local Ads) across platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Effectively allocate a multi-million media budget and manage bids across campaigns to balance profitability goals with incremental revenue growth.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using platform tools and internal dashboards, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and spend allocation.

  • Own omnichannel and Lead Gen tracking and attribution, ensuring accurate conversion data and clear visibility into sales impact across the customer journey.

  • Manage and refine product feed quality in Google Merchant Center and other catalog-based platforms ensuring accurate data, up-to-date inventory, and optimal performance for feed-based ads.

  • Partner with creative, merchandising, and integrated marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for performance and aligned with seasonal product launches and promotions.

  • Help manage day-to-day relationships with vendor partners to ensure alignment on strategy, performance expectations, and deliverables.

  • Stay ahead of trends in Paid Search, Shopping, and e-commerce ad tech; proactively recommend new platform tests, ad products, and growth tactics.

  • Leverage AI platforms (e.g., Claude) to scale campaign management, automate reporting, and streamline repetitive account tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in marketing or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid search & shopping campaigns on Google Ads.

  • Deep platform expertise across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads including all campaign types and functions from Standard Search/Shopping to Video.

  • Knowledge and ability to successfully execute on omnichannel and Lead Gen campaigns are a plus.

  • Experience managing or optimizing product feeds, ideally in a feed management platform, and a solid understanding of feed structure, data quality, and how feed health impacts ad formats.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics (Microstrategy, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.

  • Collaborative and communicative team player with strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a creative edge and a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.
