This position is eligible for remote work. This role will have occasional on site expectations.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms (Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Own audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and account structure to drive efficient growth
  • Monitor performance daily and weekly, making optimizations in real time

Testing & Creative Optimization
  • Run structured tests across creative variations, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze CTR, CVR, and CAC trends to identify optimization opportunities at both the channel and regional level
  • Partner with Creative, providing data-backed feedback on messaging, formats, and content iterations

Technical & Platform Operations
  • Maintain accurate tracking: pixel implementation, CAPI integrations, event configuration, and product catalog hygiene
  • Keep account structure clean and campaign documentation up to date
  • Manage audience uploads, exclusions, and segmentation

Performance Reporting
  • Track and report on CAC, CVR, engagement, and spend pacing
  • Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights for media and regional stakeholders - weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Work with analytics and channel leads to connect platform results to business outcomes using advanced measurement (Brand Lift Studies, MMM, Incrementality)

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the paid social lead, paid media generalists, and regional marketing stakeholders on cohesive cross-channel strategy
  • Collaborate with agency partners to maintain high execution quality and optimization rigor

What You Bring
  • 2-3+ years managing paid social campaigns hands-on (Meta and TikTok required; Pinterest, Reddit, or Snapchat a plus)
  • Solid grasp of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and optimization
  • Experience running performance-driven paid social for omnichannel consumer brands
  • Comfort turning data into optimization decisions
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and used to working in-platform daily
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
