  • Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager \/ Grid Compliance Manager \- Leads implementation and improvement of the NERC compliance program.

    • 6\-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC compliance for grid infrastructure, BESS, energy storage, or utility\-scale renewable energy electric transmission systems<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Corporate asset based operational NERC compliance experience dealing with utility\-scale solar, wind, battery storage or energy storage projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • NERC Compliance experience with RSAWs, audit processes, and compliance monitoring\/reporting tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong track record developing\/implementing NERC compliance programs that deal with NERC, FERC, Public Utility Commissions (PUCs) and other Reliability organization standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Well versed in compliance resolution and root cause analysis for compliance break downs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with and knowledge of current ISO\/RTO standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • An understanding of national energy power markets \- PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO\-NE, and WECC is beneficial<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
