Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)
Duration: Up to 12 months, with potential for extensionOur direct client is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead to join their team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to lead integration projects and drive technical excellence using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design sessions and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs using RAML or OpenAPI specifications.
  • Build and optimize Mule flows, scopes, error handling strategies, message filters, validation, DataWeave transformations, message enrichers, and flow controls in Mule 4.x.
  • Configure and manage API Gateway policies (security, throttling, rate limiting).
  • Implement secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
  • Collaborate on integration architecture using patterns like batch, pub/sub, point-to-point, and service orchestration.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, or Azure DevOps for streamlined development.
  • Leverage logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, MuleSoft Monitoring) to ensure system performance.
  • Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and message queues/event streaming systems (e.g., AMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Technical Skills
  • Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange.
