Job Title: Senior Archer Developer
Location: Tampa-hybrid
6+ month Contract
Job Summary:
As a Senior Archer Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will lead the development team, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and architect robust solutions to meet the organization's risk management and compliance needs. Your expertise will drive the effective utilization of the Archer platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand complex risk management, compliance, and governance needs.
2. Architect scalable and efficient solutions within the RSA Archer platform, considering long-term maintainability and extensibility.
3. Configure and customize Archer platform components including applications, questionnaires, data feeds, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
5. Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Archer platform to address intricate business requirements, leveraging advanced functionalities and integrations.
6. Integrate Archer with external systems and data sources, utilizing APIs, data feed managers, and scripting to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
7. Perform advanced data analysis and manipulation to support sophisticated reporting and decision-making processes.
8. Provide expert-level technical support to resolve escalated issues and troubleshoot complex incidents in a timely manner.
9. Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures comprehensively to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates within the RSA Archer platform, evaluating their applicability and potential benefits to the organization.
11. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT security, compliance, audit, and business units to align GRC initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.
12. Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities, ensuring the successful delivery of Archer solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 6 to 10 years of proven experience working with the RSA Archer GRC platform, with a demonstrable track record of successful implementations and complex solution design.
3. Expert-level understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles, with hands-on experience in translating business requirements into Archer solutions.
4. Proficiency in Archer platform administration, configuration, and development, including advanced customization and scripting capabilities.
5. Extensive experience with Archer Data Feed Manager, Archer RESTful API, and Archer Control Panel.
6. Strong command of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, with the ability to develop custom front-end solutions within the Archer platform.
7. In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts for complex data manipulation, reporting, and integration tasks.
8. Experience with Snowflake and Python integration is a plus, demonstrating the ability to integrate Archer with modern data platforms and utilize Python for advanced data processing and analysis.
9. Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable, enabling the creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization.
10. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
