• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans by collaborating with clients to set actionable goals tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, responding swiftly to clients in acute distress and developing safety plans where required.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, seeking peer supervision, and actively participating in team discussions about best practices.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to accommodate a varied caseload.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy is highly appreciated, allowing you to transition smoothly into this remote role.
• Experience working with diverse populations, which enhances cultural competence in therapeutic practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client management and documentation.
