• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating effective, individualized treatment plans based on the findings.
• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practice to foster client growth.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Implement teletherapy services for clients who may prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in care delivery.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in mental health practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with emerging practices and enhance clinical skills.

This role primarily involves working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. You will engage with a diverse client base, offering them the personalized support needed to navigate their mental health journeys.

• A current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required for this position.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster trust and establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic practices.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on caseload and experience.
