  • Account Executive – Enterprise Expansion Remote Job Description
    PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive (AE) to drive expansion within established enterprise accounts and selectively develop new strategic opportunities. This is a high-impact role, focused on building executive relationships and uncovering expansion opportunities to drive meaningful growth. The AE will operate as the lead point of contact for account growth, executive engagement, and complex opportunity development.
  • Responsibilities
    • Build and execute a multi-year strategic plan within assigned enterprise accounts
    • Proactively identify and develop new opportunities across business units and executive sponsors, in partnership with the Engagement Manager and delivery teams
    • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships with VP, SVP and C-level stakeholders
    • Lead with consulting and advisory engagements to establish credibility for larger professional services programs
    • Orchestrate both internal and partner teams through proposal strategy and deal execution
    • Lead account penetration and strategy for new leads as they develop
    • Provide CX thought leadership around improved business and technical solutions
  • Requirements

    • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 3+ years selling CX or contact center solutions
    • Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities >$1M
    • Proven ability to drive growth with complex enterprise organizations
    • Experience working with technology partners in a joint selling capacity
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • Experience with large contact center or CX transformation initiatives
    • Willing to travel in the US
