• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs using standardized tools and interviews to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual sessions, tailoring approaches to align with each client's unique circumstances and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and maintain consistent follow-up, offering guidance and support throughout their recovery journey.
• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, adapting styles that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to meet client preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and session notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of rapport with clients in a remote context.
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy, compassion, and comprehension of clients' unique perspectives and mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively coordinate remote sessions and manage client documentation.

Prior experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous, as will advanced training in specialized therapeutic modalities. A history of contributing to multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with other health professionals can enhance our integrated care approach.
