Our client is currently seeking associate candidates to support our San Francisco Office's Insolvency and Financial Law Group.ย  The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of solid bankruptcy and other restructuring experience, as well as be licensed to practice in California and possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Bankruptcy litigation experience, such as with preference defense, is also desirable.
