Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is responsible for converting Duncan's core support services - DMV Registered Owner Lookup, Image Review, Notice Mailing, Customer Service, and Debt Collection - into durable, multi-year client relationships in a market where Duncan does not yet hold the position it intends to.

This role operates at the intersection of the Duncan Operating Model's Conversations and Outcomes dimensions, ensuring that every pursuit - from early stakeholder engagement through proposal development and contract execution - reflects the discipline, judgment, and price-to-win acumen the company expects of its most senior sales seats. The VP, Sales translates enterprise commercial strategy into shaped opportunities, won contracts, and a pipeline that earns its place on the forecast.

This is not a tactical sales seat measured on activity metrics or short-cycle deal count.
