• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients, ensuring proactive crisis prevention and management strategies are in place.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation according to regulatory standards, utilizing evidence-based screening tools as required by the clinical team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that promote desirable outcomes for clients.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, adhering to the highest standards of practice.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering relationships that facilitate effective care delivery and resource access.
• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, promoting the mission of the organization within the community and ensuring compliance with contract standards.
• Engage in activities that contribute to both personal and professional development, such as attending conferences, trainings, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health.
• Champion and integrate the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the organization’s goals and support effective counseling practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, substance use issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients are often seeking support for emotional challenges, and your expertise will play a pivotal role in their recovery journey. We prioritize a person-centered approach that empowers clients to take charge of their mental health and build fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
• Possession of a valid and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

• Experience providing assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, community resources, and interdisciplinary teamwork will enhance success in this role.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is a plus.
