  • Organize and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address diverse client issues.
  • Engage in routine case management activities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Participate actively in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed and compliant with the latest developments in policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Provide on-call support as needed, ensuring that clients receive care in a timely manner during urgent situations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The population served consists primarily of individuals struggling with major mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Our commitment to inclusivity means that you will work with clients from various backgrounds and cultures, requiring an understanding and respect for diverse traditions and belief systems. Your empathetic approach will be key to establishing trust and rapport with our clients, thus facilitating their journey towards healing and recovery.

  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage caseloads effectively.
  • Demonstrated cultural competency and the ability to work respectfully with a diverse range of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, delivering mental health services directly to clients.
  • Prior experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment facility is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of community resources for linking clients with additional services, enhancing their recovery path.
