Empowerment Pathways is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role, serving the Irving, Texas community through our Community Health Clinic. This position plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive mental health services to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to lead healthier lives.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to community health. As an LCSW at Empowerment Pathways, you will engage with clients in various settings, including virtual visits and community engagement activities, ensuring that geographical barriers do not prevent access to essential mental health support. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Directly delivering mental health services to clients both in-person and virtually, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Establishing a trusting rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments, risk evaluations, and evidence-based screenings to determine the needs of clients suffering from major mental illness and/or severe emotional disturbances.
• Creating, implementing, and coordinating integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have seamless access to social services and medical resources.
• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary, and ensuring clients meet the established goals.
• Participating actively in team meetings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
• Providing crisis intervention services and proactive support during emergencies, ensuring clients’ safety and well-being.
• Completing necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner to facilitate adherence to organizational standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will primarily focus on clients from diverse backgrounds experiencing severe emotional and psychological challenges. This includes working with individuals facing issues related to trauma, substance use, and chronic mental health disorders. Your expertise will be essential in developing personalized interventions that cater to unique cultural and socioeconomic contexts, reinforcing our commitment to equitable care.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Expertise in crisis intervention techniques and mental health assessment methodologies.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and practices in social work.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience as a clinician is required, candidates with experience in community mental health, integrated care models, and culturally competent care provision will be strongly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy practices will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

Empowerment Pathways offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
