Job DescriptionThe Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.

Work set up: Remote - This role is being offered on an LTE basis (not inclusive of Bonus or Benefits) Monday to Friday
Skillset: We are looking for individuals who are capable of working High-volume, high-touch recruiting -Experience recruiting warehouse, operations, logistics, or pharmacy talent preferred.
You'll be confident to conduct a large volume of phone screens daily and create candidate engagement activities. Confident to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles similar to Fulfilment Specialists (warehouse/picker-packer) Warehouse Workers to Certified Pharmacy Technicians.
Working in fast-paced environment, responsible for circa 50-60 hires per month, you'll be confident to deliver hiring updates and metrics directly to site stakeholders where you'll build strong relationships and trust. You'll be confident to support sourcing activity including talent campaigns, hiring events, CRM application reviews - In addition you'll be a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills alongside hiring. Familiarity with BrassRing would be an advantage.
