• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in a telehealth setting to formulate appropriate and effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, depending on your expertise, lead group, marriage, and family counseling sessions.
• Implement mental health screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based tools to evaluate clients’ treatment needs accurately.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment practices, incorporating innovative methodologies into therapy sessions.
• Document and maintain accurate treatment records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental healthcare.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to maintain a collaborative work environment.

• At least 3 years of experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to punctuality.
• Strong understanding of family systems and dynamics, particularly when working with children, adolescents, and couples.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) or interventions that could enrich our clients' experiences.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• A background in creating and implementing treatment plans that involve multi-faceted approaches to patient care.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
