• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client and their respective situations.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations, documenting the client’s progress and adapting treatment methods as required.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that align with the identified therapeutic goals, including follow-up assessments and revisions based on the client’s evolving needs.
• Actively engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss client treatment plans and share insights, contributing to collaborative therapy strategies that foster the overall well-being of clients.
• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure accurate record-keeping and accountability in treatment delivery.

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals dealing with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health challenges. You will work closely with them to understand their backgrounds, identify barriers, and create effective treatment plans. Your work will focus on relational dynamics impacting their mental health, including familial, marital, and partnership challenges, empowering clients to develop healthier relationships and coping mechanisms.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Active license is required, free from suspension or probation.
• Compliance with pre-employment conditions including tuberculosis screening, background checks (criminal and driving records), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring may be required during employment, per legislative and organizational policies.

• Proven experience delivering telehealth services or remote therapy, with an emphasis on substance abuse and mental health treatments.
• Familiarity with contemporary evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies tailored for diverse populations.
• Experience in developing and participating in group therapy sessions, with effective engagement strategies for various client demographics.
