Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Sales Professional to grow customer relationships and expand product adoption across the construction and roofing market. This fieldbased role combines consultative selling, technical demonstrations, and customer feedback to drive measurable growth within an assigned territory. The position offers high autonomy, flexibility, and ownership while partnering with a remote manager and crossfunctional teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territory

  • Conduct onsite product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sites

  • Identify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring business

  • Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applications

  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on account plans and growth initiatives

  • Monitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools

  • Support new product launches through field validation and customer engagement

  • Ensure compliance with safety practices while working at heights and job sites

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training

  • Experience: 3+ years in sales, customer support, or fieldbased construction roles

  • Skills: Ability to present and demonstrate products clearly to customers

  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory

  • Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the country of employment

Preferred Requirements

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field

  • Experience: Background in construction or roofing products or services

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $78,000-$97,000.
